Bridging Tradition & Modern Scholarship
A scholar of Islamic intellectual history and philosophy, our Director holds a doctoral degree from a leading research university and has spent more than two decades studying the textual and theological heritage of the Alid tradition. Having conducted archival research in libraries across Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, and the United Kingdom, he brings a depth of primary-source expertise that shapes every dimension of the Center's academic programming.
"True knowledge illuminates not just the mind, but the moral conscience — a principle that guides every endeavor at IARC."
Under his leadership, the Imam Ali Research Center has grown from a small study circle into an internationally recognized institution with fellows on five continents, a growing digital archive, and an annual lecture series that draws scholars and community members alike. He remains deeply committed to making the rich intellectual tradition of Imam Ali accessible to a new generation of English-speaking researchers and thoughtful community members.
